What costs money?
Nothing you need in order to split a bill. Groups, members, expenses, currencies, offline mode and export are unlimited and free, and there are no ads. Only AI input is metered: 5 voice entries and 3 receipt scans a month. Pro removes that limit.
Android version?
Coming after we polish the iOS beta. Join Discord to get notified.
How does voice input work without internet?
It doesn’t — voice and scanning send the audio or photo to AI services, so they need a connection. Speech is transcribed by OpenAI Whisper and understood by Google Gemini. Manual entry works fully offline; everything syncs once you’re back online.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don't have ads, we don't sell data, and your expenses stay in your group. End of story.
What if AI gets the receipt wrong?
You can edit any field. Low-confidence items are highlighted so you know what to double-check.
Can I leave the beta?
Anytime. Export your data as PDF or Excel before you go.
